CALM was created in 1986 by volunteer moms who support other moms who want to breastfeed. We partner with other groups from the CLSC of the Seigneuries.

Being matched with a breastfeeding support mom is free, anytime before or after the birth of your baby. We can share advice on breastfeeding and reassure you. We're here to support you, listen to you, answer your questions, help you build a support network and avoid isolation.

Our services are available by phone, at the breastfeeding support clinic, or via home visits if needed.
